It seems that your installation image did not have a compatible drive for your machine. I checked Lenovo's site and there are no drivers available for this model besides Windows 10. So is there a permanent fix for this. However, I tried it, including the load default settings which seems to have helped many people, but it made no difference for me. That is one reason why I ask you about your reason for wanting Windows 7.
